Regional Industry Lead role is a more strategic marketing role that sits at the intersection of regional and global industry.
What does a Global Industry Leader do?
As Regional Industry Lead, communication is key. This role involves mostly strategic marketing and sits at the intersection of regional and global industry. I help prioritize our resources within the industry to execute regional strategy as well as to meet the needs of our customers.
How does your role impact customers?
At DuPont Industrial Biosciences, one of our primary goals is to understand our customers’ pain points and needs. A crucial part of my role is to discover and address the pain points and needs most pertinent to the ASPAC region. In turn, our ASPAC customers’ voices can most effectively communicate to the global DuPont Industrial Biosciences Animal Nutrition community and provide focus to propose or develop new solutions.
What’s the most rewarding part of working at DuPont Industrial Biosciences or in your industry, and why?
We’re always striving to provide our customers with market-backed innovation. The Animal Nutrition industry is currently undergoing a major transformation in terms of reducing the use of antibiotic growth promoters. We are rapidly merging our nutritional approach with the importance of whole animal health. Having 2 decades of successes in assisting customers to improve their own production efficiency has been very rewarding. Now we can shift our focus to securing a safe and sustainable food chain for humans.
Why did you choose to work at DuPont Industrial Biosciences?
