Genencor has given me a wide variety of leadership opportunities. I get to interact with co-workers - at my plant and elsewhere - on pathway engineering. I look forward to investigating new and interesting enzymes and perform strain engineering. But I’m aware that play is equally important to the creative process. It’s why I’ve taken advantage of the Organs R Us Relay (for the last five years), the photo club, cooking club, the company gym, and the Friday ‘Zymes’.
